Marquee plans to shake up Singapore’s nightlife when it finally makes its Asian debut in Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands (MBS) next year.
Occupying the space that was formerly two theaters at MBS, the American nightclub brand will span three different floors, with 21-meter, high ceilings.
The centerpiece is a full-sized, eight-armed Ferris wheel, with each pod featuring a photo booth. Guests can expect to soak in a carnivalesque atmosphere as they party in these pods while enjoying spectacular views of the dance floor below.
The Singapore opening will be Marquee’s fourth outpost, after Sydney, New York, and Las Vegas.
Run by nightlife bigwigs the TAO group, Marquee is known for shows with famous headliners like Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, and Dash Berlin.
Marquee NYC, which is one of New York City’s oldest party venues, has also hosted model Heidi Klum’s Halloween party, as well as DJ Khaled’s post-Video Music Awards bash.
Jason Strauss, co-founder and partner of the Tao Group, said: “Singapore has a very vibrant nightlife – there are tons of great bars and lounges, and also one of the best clubs in the world.”
“With Marquee Singapore, we are hoping to add some diversity to the existing mix with the introduction of brand, new spaces.”
