Qantas Apologizes for Halt with Free Flights


Qantas Airways will issue free domestic or trans-Tasman flights to passengers whose journeys were disrupted by the recent labor disputes. Details of the offer are available in a statement issued by the company yesterday.

The offer is the first phase of a series of measures to apologize to disrupted customers.

Qantas will contact disrupted customers to advise them how to claim their ticket.
