Qatar Airways’s New Flight Menu Features Traditional Arabic Dishes

Traditional Arabic main courses such as the mixed rice dish kabsa, biryani, and flame-grilled meats are available on most routes.

Barely a year after launching a pre-select dining option for first- and business-class passengers, Qatar Airways has completely revamped its premium dining experience starting with its European routes.

Expect newly designed tableware, cutlery, and chinaware, alongside a seasonal inflight menu that features destination-based signature dishes like porcini and truffle risotto for the Italian sectors.

In a nod to the airline’s Gulf heritage, traditional Arabic main courses such as the mixed rice dish kabsa, biryani, and flame-grilled meats are available on most routes, while passengers can also sample a range of warm signature desserts.
