Qatar Airways Privilege Club members and Oneworld Alliance cardholders traveling through Doha’s Hamad International Airport now have more options for relaxation ahead of their flights, thanks to the debut of dedicated Platinum, Gold, and Silver lounges designed for economy and premium economy passengers. The brand-new facilities offer tarmac views and a quiet place for travelers to rest, unwind, and enjoy Diptyque amenities as well as international cuisine and a wide selection of drinks. Customers can extend an invite to one guest using their plus-one complimentary access, a benefit eligible to Qatar Airways Platinum and Gold Privilege Club members, as well as Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members.

Located on concourse A, Qatar Airways Platinum Lounge South accommodates up to 140 passengers, and is equipped with a quiet area, a prayer room, a bar, a restaurant, and showers. Passengers are welcome to enjoy à la carte dining or a buffet spread, and make use of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Qatar Airways Gold loyalty members and Oneworld Sapphire card holders will find Gold Lounge South on the same concourse. The newly inaugurated lounge has room for up to 85 passengers, and features family seating, a bar, a dining area, a full buffet dining experience, showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Up to 195 passengers can relax at Qatar Airways Silver Lounge South, which was first opened in March on concourse B. It comes with meeting rooms, a family area, a quiet area, buffet dining, and baggage storage facilities.
