As part of Royal Brunei Airlines’ ongoing rebrand, the airline has unveiled its newly refurbished office in Singapore. Located in the UE Square Shopping Mall, the new office takes on a more friendly, welcoming atmosphere guided by the airline’s philosophy of being “warm, authentic, reliable, and more innovative.” The airline simultaneously unveiled its new heritage-inspired uniforms worn by frontline customer service staff.
“This is the latest phase in our network-wide rebranding process which began 18 months ago with the arrival of our state of the art Dreamliner fleet,” said Dermot Mannion, deputy chairman of Royal Brunei. “Already, our Friday and Sunday Dreamliner service to and from Singapore has been very well received and is set to continue.”
Royal Brunei plans to offer additional Singapore services operated by a brand new fleet of A320NEOs, which the airline will welcome later this year.
