Wellness-minded fans of the Mandarin Oriental brand can once again take part in its annual “Silent Night” event, which promotes distraction-free mindfulness, on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. The Group’s spas will offer exclusive one-off treatments on that date for guests and visiting spa-goers. Talking and music will cease within the wellness facilities at 5 p.m., encouraging time for individual contemplation, mindfulness, and disconnection from modern technology.

For those unable to join in person, a series of Feeling Fantastic wellness workouts, information and exercises encompassing mindfulness, nutrition, and more will be available on the Group’s YouTube channel. Mandarin Oriental will also host a virtual wellness Q&A through Instagram via InstaStories on December 7 and 8, sharing industry insights and wellness expertise.

Following Mandarin Oriental’s strategic alliance with Oberoi, O&MO — launched in 2020 — Oberoi spas at select hotels in India will also participate this year, widening the reach of the event. Scheduled Silent Night activities include CBD yoga in Hong Kong, singing bowl therapy in Beijing, tea ceremonies in Barcelona, and beach yoga in Dubai, as well as guided breathwork and chakra balancing meditation sessions with Oberoi in Jaipur, Mumbai, New Delhi, and beyond.
