Sofitel this week officially opened Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, the French luxury hotel chain’s second property in the Singapore. Different from the Sofitel So Singapore hotel which opened in 2014, the 211 rooms and four villas of the new resort boast a bolder modern design, blending wooden flooring with colorful floral carpets, drapes and art pieces that adorn the room. The resort is also home to the world’s largest So Spa, Sofitel’s multi award-winning luxury spa, ensuring guests are well pampered after a long day of exploring the city, and offers chic dining options that serve a range of delectable cuisine. In celebration of the hotel’s opening, Kwee Zeen, its casual dining restaurant serving Asian, Western, and French cuisine, has launched the Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch, pairing the premium Taittinger Champagne with quality dishes, including seafood, foie gras, as well as Chinese and Indian dishes. The brunch program is available on Sundays starting 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 pm.m, with prices starting from US$40 to US$ 118.
