Special Autumn Dishes by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa

In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa will return to his Hong Kong restaurant, the Nobu Intercontinental Hong Kong, to showcase his new seasonal menu. The chef, popular for blending Japanese cuisine with South American tastes,  will be present for special dinner sessions titled Autumn in Kyoto, where guests will be served dishes that highlight the Japanese city’s finest ingredients, such as matsusake mushroom, fresh figs, chesnuts, conger pike, and wagyu beef. Held on September 28 and 29, food enthusiasts can sample Nobu’s creations in an eight-course meal for US$198 per person. A sake-pairing package offering four different Hokusetsu sake will also be available at an additional US$52. The menu itself will be available through October 18 at the restaurant for a slightly cheaper price of US$192.
