Thai Airways to Send A380 to Heathrow

After more than two years since Thai Airways announced it will send its A380 to London Heathrow, the flag carrier has finally confirmed that the aircraft will begin its daily return service to London starting July 1. The airline’s superjumbo aircraft is configured into three cabins, with 12 seats in Royal First Class, 60 seats in Royal Silk (Executive) Class, and 435 seats in Economy Class. Outbound service will depart Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1:10 a.m. and arrive at Heathrow’s terminal two at 7:15 a.m.; return service will leave Heathrow at 12:30 p.m. and land in Bangkok at 5:45 a.m. the next day.
