Why You Shouldn’t Miss the 3rd Annual Marriott International Bali Hotels Golf Tournament

Go golfing for a good cause at the third annual Marriott International Bali Hotels Golf Tournament, held on April 18.

Passionate about golf? Here’s your chance to spend a day on the green and contribute to charity while you’re at it.

Mark your calendar for April 18—Marriott International Business Council Bali, consisting of 23 hotels in Bali, is hosting its 3rd Annual Marriott International Bali Hotels Golf Tournament. Players can expect a fun and competitive golfing event held at Bali National Golf Club in Nusa Dua.

It’s for a good cause

The sponsored tournament is raising funds to benefit the Bali Children Foundation, a foundation that provides an educational pathway for disadvantaged Balinese children, with the end-goal being growth and long-term sustainability.

This year’s golf tournament is a continuation of the cause, in hopes of surpassing last year’s event, which raised over US$30,610 (IDR 420,000,000).

Attractive prizes are up for grabs

The fundraising event aims to attract a full field of players from both Indonesia and abroad and will culminate with a gala dinner at the Laguna, Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, along with door prizes, live and silent auctions, and novelty prizes worth up to IDR 1 billion are up for grabs—all in the name of raising money for a good cause. Guests shouldn’t miss the “Beat the Pro” tournament on Par 3 holes, where two LPGA professionals will join in the fun.

Marriott International hotels will be sponsoring all holes on the course with food, drinks, live music, and entertainment. Early birds (the first 50 registrations) will stand to win a two-night stay at a St.Regis Hotels around the world.

The exciting line-up

The event kicks off at 10 a.m, followed by the chipping competition at 11 a.m and a shotgun start at 12 noon. When night falls, the gala dinner begins at 7 p.m. with a welcome reception. Guests can look forward to an international buffet dinner inclusive of wine, beer, soft drinks, and live entertainment.

Tickets are priced at US$95 net per person, including on-course food & beverages. Bookings can be made now at Bali.CharityGolf@marriott.com and here.
