With its three days of its master classes, tastings, markets, and parties, the Epicurean Market has become one of the biggest events on Singapore’s culinary calendar. This year, which marks its third edition, the Market is returning to Marina Bay Sands from August 14 through 16, where a wide selection of the city’s top restaurants—including Cut, db Bistro and Oyster Bar, Osteria Mozza, Sky on 57, Waku Ghin, and the brand new Bread Street Kitchen—will open outlets in the Sands Expo and Convention Center, alongside a host of purveyors of fine foods ranging from European cheeses to local coffee experts Brewer’s Coffee to small-batch spirits and rare vintages.

This year, the Market is introducing its new After Party concept as well. Between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. on the nights of the 14th and 15th, the Market will transform into a night spot complete with DJs, late-night bites, and The Bar, where mixologists from the city’s celebrity-chef restaurants will serve specialty cocktails and bottle service.

Other highlights of this year’s event include events hosted by renowned chefs Tetsuya Wakuda, Nancy Silverton, Justin Quek, David Myers, and David Tompson, as well as a sneak preview of the much-anticipated Spago by Wolfgang Puck, which will open later this year on the roof of the Marina Bay Sands hotel, overlooking the famed infinity pool and Singapore’s skyline.

Tickets for this year’s event are S$28, inclusive of admission to the After Party and two premium red wine glasses by Schott Zwiesel.
