Spa-goers seeking out deeper relaxation on the South Side of Hong Kong Island should swing by The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong to try out its just-launched wellness space. Located on the fifth floor of the property’s West Tower, The Fullerton Spa features four treatment rooms — all with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame vistas of the South China Sea — as well as a hot tub, gender-specific vitality pools (the women’s one overlooks the infinity pool out front), saunas, and steam rooms. Couples can book an ocean-facing room equipped with a private bathtub and a balcony.

This facility is billed as the first hotel spa in Hong Kong to offer body treatments by Bamford, a luxury British skincare brand known for its aromatic, chemical-free blends. The spa’s facial treatments will incorporate natural skincare products from Ayurveda-inspired Australian company Subtle Energies.

Guests at The Fullerton Spa will be pampered with Bamford skincare products.

A must-try here is the signature offering, the Fullerton Blissful Journey; it allows guests to choose two from a list of five treatments. Another highlight is the Time For Yourself face and body therapy, which offers a stress-relieving crystal stone massage and an indulgent 24K gold Facial to stimulate cell renewal and collagen production. Other options include a deeply hydrating Gentlemen’s Facial using Subtle Energies products, and a full body treatment to help expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters relax and recharge.

To celebrate its opening, The Fullerton Spa has rolled out An Afternoon Well-Spent, a half-day package only available on weekdays. Priced from HK$2,250 per guest (US$287), the offer is valid from Mondays to Thursdays until November 30, 2022. It guarantees an upgraded version of The Fullerton Blissful Journey — incorporating a massage, facial, and body scrub — with the treatment time extended from 90 minutes to 110 minutes. Also included is a Classic Afternoon Tea experience for one at the Lighthouse Lounge, where guests will tuck into freshly baked scones alongside three tiers of sweet and savory bites.
