The intimate three-and-a-half-hour journey begins with a 60-minute yoga or meditation session.
Exemplifying its holistic approach to wellbeing, The Legian resort on Bali’s Seminyak Beach has introduced Wellness for Two, a bespoke experience designed for couples wishing to reconnect and revitalize their mind, body, and spirit.
The intimate three-and-a-half-hour journey begins with a 60-minute yoga or meditation session followed by an hour’s exclusive usage of The Wellness Centre, where facilities include a sauna, steam rooms, and hot and cold plunge pools.
Next comes a 90-minute Javanese Sea Wave Massage, which incorporates long, rhythmic motions that target pressure points while soothing the body with wave-like caresses. After this blissful treatment, the experience ends on a culinary note with a healthy gourmet meal specially crafted by the resort’s chef.
