Violinist Fakhri Bagus Pratama Takes the Stage at The Laguna

The Laguna, a member of Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ Luxury Collection in Nusa Dua, Bali, is collaborating with young and talented Indonesian violinist Fakhri Bagus Pratama for a special charity event later this month. Held in support of a partnership program between Starwood and UNICEF called Check Out for Children, Fakhri, who was discovered and mentored by the late violin maestro Idris Sardi, will lead the event with an intimate master class session that is open for 20 violin students and is priced at US$7. A performance by Fakhri will subsequently be held at the resort’s Balai Raya Ballroom, followed by a buffet dinner at the Banyubiru restaurant. Tickets to the performance are offered at US$7 apiece, with all proceedings going to UNICEF. A separate package is available for guests keen on participating in the dinner event after the performance, with tickets priced at US$38 for adults and US$22 for children. A portion of the sales from this package will be going to the UNICEF program.
