Amplifying its youthful, electrifying spirit, W Retreats has collaborated with Australian designer swimwear label We Are Handsome to launch a capsule collection inspired by W properties across the Asia Pacific region. Featuring a one-piece women’s swimsuit with a blue and purple palette and a chrysaora jellyfish at the center and a men’s boardshort to match, the limited edition pieces are designed to reflect the vibrant personality of the W brand. Adding to the glamor that the resort embodies is the glow-in-the-dark elements borrowed from the recent restyling of W Maldives, which lends its theme “Let It Glow” from the Indian Ocean’s colorful marine life.

“We are really excited to be involved in this project and to have the opportunity to collaborate with a brand which shares the same passions for disruptive design and fashion” said Katinka Somers, director of We Are Handsome. “We took our inspiration for the collection from the energy which ebbs and flows through the resorts when the sun sets, the stars come out and nature starts to glow. The bespoke design conveys this energy, as well as the vibrant and playful personalities of the retreats and their island destinations, whilst evoking their bold sophistication and glamour.

We Are Handsome’s special one-piece swimsuit for women is available at US$175, while the men’s boardshorts are available at US$153.
