Amò
Aficionados of Italian vino should book a table at Amò on February 1, when the casual-chic restaurant hosts a special dinner inspired by the legendary winery Casa d’Ambra. Based on the rugged island of Ischia, the family-run enterprise has been producing vintages since 1888. Guests can explore its history and legacy as head chef Gavin Gan and his team create an unforgettable four-course degustation menu that pairs the finest ingredients of the season with the Casa d’Ambra’s most representative labels. Priced at S$298 per person, the experience includes a complimentary glass of champagne. Also noteworthy is Braci’s Winter Menu: Ponti celebrates the land, people, and culture of his home region of Piedmont, drawing on his own memories and personal experiences to create hearty fire-cooked dishes for a seven-course degustation at lunch and dinner. Levant
As part of its Valentine’s Day celebrations from February 11–14, this convivial spot in Tanjong Pagar is offering guests the chance to win a bottle prize by joining a selfie kiss competition using an array of fun props. The mixologists at Levant have also come up with special cocktails that are priced at just $24 each: the selection features Daicherry, a concoction of Mount Gay rum, Luxardo, lime juice, and aromatic bitters; and the Instagram-worthy Hibiscus Bee, which uses a base of Botanist gin.

Overlooking the Singapore River from its perch in Boat Quay, rooftop oyster and gin bar Southbridge is also running a selfie kiss competition from February 11–14. During those four days, couples will get to snap up seasonal craft cocktails at a promotional price. The Lover’s Club, a heady blend of Monkey Shoulder whisky, raspberry vodka, vanilla syrup, and kaffir lime juice, will be available at S$20, while the Honourable Hendricks, garnished with dried grapefruit and a rose made of fresh cucumber, costs only $24. Guests celebrating their birthday this February can also take advantage of Southbridge’s exclusive Birthday Bundle.
