Fly to London for US$825 on KLM
Travelers from Jakarta and Denpasar can start planning their next European or American getaway—KLM is offering great fares to top destinations for flights before June 30, 2018. Starting today, passengers can snap up flights to London, Paris, and Amsterdam for fares as low as US$825. It also offers tickets to New York, Boston, and Rio de Jeneiro for US$1,000, US$1,350, and US$2,550 respectively.

British Airways Opens Transatlantic Routes From Gatwick
Answering the passengers’ demand for more transatlantic routes, British Airways has announced the addition of Las Vegas and Toronto to its summer 2018 schedule at Gatwick Airport. Flights will start on March 27 and May 1 respectively next year and will operate three times a week for each route.
The Vegas route is in such high demand that the airline is now offering more seats with the choice of departing from either Gatwick or Heathrow. The Toronto route on the other hand will be British Airways’ first flight to Canada from Gatwick.

Qatar Airways Adds Kathmandu Flights
Middle East carrier Qatar Airways has announced that it will add an additional flight going to Kathmandu starting September 1, bringing the total number of flights going to the Nepalese capital to four in a day.
QR648 will leave Doha at 1:25 a.m. and arrive in Kathmandu at 8: 55 a.m. The return flight, QR649, will leave Kathmandu at 9: 55 a.m. and arrive in Doha at 12:10 p.m.
This move is done in anticipation to the higher than usual passenger demand during Nepal’s festive season, which occurs in September and October.

Vietjet Opens New Route to Yangon
Burmese passengers take note: Vietjet is now offering flights from Hanoi to Yangon. Operations commenced today; the first flight left Hanoi at 12:05 p.m. (local time), and arrived in Yangon at 1:30 p.m. (local time). Return flight departed Myanmar at 2:30 p.m. and will arrive in Vietnam at 4:55 p.m. The route promise to boost tourism and economy on both sides and is sure to prove popular amongst tourists.
