With the motto “unsophisticated and proud of it,” the annual Oyster and Southland Seafood Festival is once again ready to delight seafood buffs in Bluff, the southernmost town on New Zealand’s South Island. Starting on May 26, the festival’s highlights include oyster-shucking competitions, a wearable-art show, and the Southern Seas Ball.
