Singapore’s annual World Gourmet Summit will be held this year from April 23 to May 3. With a theme this year of “A Heritage of Flavors,” the event will host top international and local chefs chefs presenting traditional recipes with a modern twist. Among the headliners is Britain’s Marco Pierre White, who will present a course at a charity dinner at Resorts World Sentosa on April 25 and a meal at the Grand Hyatt on April 27.

Credited with revitalizing Russian cuisine, Anatoly Komm of Moscow’s Vavary restaurant will present a meal at Resorts World Sentosa’s Forest restaurant on April 28. The young Danish chef Ronny Emborg, whose AOC restaurant in Copenhagen earned a Michelin within a year of opening, will serve a meal on April 26 at the Bukit Timah Fire Station.

Singapore’s own prominent chefs will also be showcased, and mixologists and winemakers will be on hand as well.
