Hong Kong: Chef Patrick Jeffroy to Cook at Oyster & Wine Bar

French chef Patrick Jeffroy will make an appearance in Hong Kong at the Oyster & Wine Bar at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers in Kowloon. On June 7 and 8, the master chef behind Restaurant Patrick Jeffroy at L’Hotel de Carantec in northwestern France (and a winner of two Michelin stars) will present seven-course menus complemented by French wines. The Oyster & Wine Bar boasts spectacular views of the Hong Kong skyline from across the harbor. Bookings can be made at 852/2369-1111.
