Hong Kong’s cocktail scene has turned from gently glowing embers to a full-on three-bells fire as the city’s top mixologists battle it out behind the mahogany. Here are five top-rated watering holes.

By Nicholas Walton

Wyndham the 4th is hidden away above its namesake street, and with chic Parisian apartment-like interiors and a spacious yet intimate terrace, it’s already a summer time hotspot. This chic cocktail divan is worth a visit, if only for the concoctions of Tom Wood, the recently crowned Diageo Reserve Bartender of the Year for Hong Kong. Be sure to go with one of his signature libations, including the Hanky Panky, before finding a spot on the terrace with the great and the good of Hong Kong.
