One of Bali’s fine-dining gems is to prepare a special five-course surprise menu with a twist to mark Earth Hour. On March 23, guests will arrive in the St. Regis lobby to celebrate the countdown before moving to Kayuputi restaurant for a dinner and wine pairing. The unique dinner, prepared by chef Agung Gede, will be served to blindfolded diners so as to enhance the different flavors in each of the courses.
