Renowned wine estate Antinori of Italy will be showcased at Il Ristorante of the Bulgari Resort in Bali. The winery, which specializes in Chianti, has made wines since 1385 in Tuscany and Florence. Brand ambassador Alessia Antinori will host a dinner on Saturday, May 24 from 6:30 p.m. pairing the restaurant’s modern Italian cuisine with her family’s award-winning wines. Executive sous chef Maurizio Bombini will provide the menu for the evening, drawing on his creative interpretations of Italian classics. Il Ristorante’s open-air bale style structure offers just 36 seats for the intimate dining affair with dinner priced from US$105.
