Michelin Chef Francesc Rovira Canudas Brings Catalan Cuisine to Bali

Thanks to its global reputation as both a spiritual retreat and paradisiacal party island, Bali has served as the stage where the world’s best cooks showcase their skills. This November, the tropical isle welcomes no less than one of the geniuses behind Catalan cuisine, Michelin-starred chef Francesc Rovira Canudas.

The man responsible for the success of the Girona-based farm-to-table restaurant La Fonda Xesc will bring his creations to the InterContinental Bali Resort. Visitors can dine on his five-course gastronomic masterpiece (US$73 per set) on November 24. Those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of his craft can attend Canudas’s hands-on cooking class on November 25 (starting from US$48 per person). You can also enjoy his à la carte dinners on November 25 and 26.
