March 22 brings an altogether different experience—Moon Kyung Soo from Mikuni at Fairmont Singapore, will demonstrate his compelling combination of molecular theatrics and edomae nigiri technique with dishes such as his signature octopus kari kari tempura, tonkatsu, Hokkaido sea urchin and Kyushu shrimp.
