Maldives: ‘Chefs in Residence’ at Coco Palm Bodu Hithi

Coco Palm Resorts has recently launched ‘Chef in Residence’ at its Coco Palm Bodu Hith property in the Maldives. The program sees high-profile British, Italian, and Australian chefs prepare their delicacies at the resort’s a la carte Aqua restaurant over the period of about a week. The culinary masters also run classes and cooking demonstrations for the resort’s guests. With one of Italy’s most promising young chefs Igor Macchia recently cooking up a storm in the Aqua kitchen, the resort is currently gearing up to welcome UK chef Tom Aikens, who will be visiting from March 19 to 26. Australian chef Tony Bilson will be taking over the proceedings from December 5 to 11.
