Accompanying the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s (190 Orchard Boulevard; 65/6733-0682) acclaimed One-Ninety steakhouse comes a new concept bar by dry martini specialist Javier de las Muelas. One-Ninety Bar by Javier de las Muelas exudes refinement in its furnishings from its long marble bar, mirrored bookshelf, and supple leather barstools bathed in warm lighting. Drinks are matched to suit the conversation and sophistication of patrons, from de las Muelas signature martinis to a collection of Droplets or 100 percent natural drink accompaniments that were crafted over a three year period. Wander outside to the outdoor Terraza for a libation or a selection from the cigar bar while ensconced in lush foliage. Bar snacks are also available from morning until the afternoon—try wood-fired focaccia with truffle Mascarpone cheese or Wagyu mini sliders. Weekend afternoon tea is served every Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and from February 17 to April 30 guests can receive 20 percent off their cocktail bill.
