The store has a history dating back to 1876, but today it features cutting-edge interiors by Dreamtime Australia Design, better known for its work with top restaurants and resorts, like Laguna Nusa Dua in Bali. With artisanal cured meats like Jamón Ibérico de Bellota from Spain (possibly the world’s best ham), Churchill is carnivore’s nirvana. And for those who have the chops for it, Churchill also offers classes, including Sausage Making or Lamb Butchery.
