Hotel B
Occupying a 1914 mansion in Lima, this 17-room charmer is the latest edition to the Peruvian capital’s bohemian Barranco neighborhood, whose handsome buildings are being reinvented as art galleries and studios. Hotel B is decked out with an impressive array of pre-Columbian, colonial, and contemporary Peruvian art, with pieces sourced from the private collections of Susana and Lucía de la Puente, whose gallery is next door. The Art Concierge program sees guests tour the hotel’s collection before enjoying a private viewing at the Puente gallery, with options to meet some of the city’s creative talent and visit the new Lima Museum of Contemporary Art (complimentary for hotel guests).
