Since its debut at an outdoor market in Brooklyn last summer, the ramen burger has become a food craze on the order of the cronut, with knockoffs cropping up around the globe. Our current favorite? (Chef on Wheels), who introduced it—along with a tobiko-flecked crab-salad version—during their weekend runs to the U Factory pop-up program at Gillman Barracks.
