Finnair to Offer Direct Hanoi Flight

Finnair has announced that from next year it will be the first European carrier to offer a direct service between Europe and the capital of Vietnam. The inaugural flight from its Helsinki base to Hanoi is due to take off June 14, subject to the usual regulatory approval, using its A330 aircraft.

Finnair will run three fights per week and it will be the carrier’s 12th destination in Asia and forms part of its strategy to increase its focus on Asia.
