Park Hyatt Saigon’s Vespa Food Tour

From its high-style retail trail to wide boulevards lined with colonial architecture and coffee shops, Ho Chi Minh City is one Southeast Asian metropolis you shouldn’t miss—and if the city’s culinary scene is on your agenda, Park Hyatt Saigon’s latest idea looks set to sate any appetite.

Take the hotel up on its offer of a Vespa tour of the city’s traditional southern Vietnamese dishes with Australian-born Square One chef Soren Lascelles as your guide. Savor banh xeo, a Vietnamese crepe, in a little-known eatery and seek out some of the city’s best banh mi and pho before motoring to a Vietnamese beer garden to sample the local brews.

The Vietnamese Vespa Food Tour takes place on January 18, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and is priced at US$120. For reservations, call 84-8/3824-1234.
