Qatar and Bangkok Widen Their Codeshare

Following the addition of 12 new destinations across the globe in 2014, Qatar Airways is continuing its rapid expansion by widening its codeshare network with Bangkok Airways. Through the codeshare, the Oneworld Alliance airline has added 10 new routes, enabling passengers to fly from Bangkok to Chiang Rai, Udon Thani, Luang Prabang, Vientiane, Nay Pyi Taw, and Siem Reap; from Koh Samui to Singapore, Phuket, and Kuala Lumpur; and from Phuket to Chiang Mai. The additional routes complement the airline’s four-times-daily service to Bangkok serviced by an A380, the latest aircraft to join Qatar’s fleet.
