The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Tower is set to host a Shanghainese Food Festival from June 22 to July 2. To celebrate the occasion, chefs Jackie Chen and Allan Li from Le Royal Méridien Shanghai will be cooking up at storm at the hotel’s Saigon Café and La Bai Chinese restaurant.
During the festival, food enthusiasts will be able to sample signature Shanghainese delicacies such as braised pork belly with soya sauce, fried rice with egg Shanghai style, fried noodles Shanghai style, among others. Read more about this event here.
