Bali: Chef Pierre Gagnaire to Cook, Teach at InterCon

** Pierre Gagnaire’s appearance at InterContinental Bali has been postponed**

Renowned French chef Pierre Gagnaire will share his love of cooking at the InterContinental Bali on Saturday, April 21.

Defying the conventions of traditional French cuisine with his innovative techniques, Gagnaire is the talent behind a number of restaurants in such key cities as London (Sketch), Dubai (Reflets), and Hong Kong (Pierre).

During his one-day appearance, Gagnaire will present an afternoon cooking class followed by a five-course dinner at the InterContinental’s Bella Singaraja restaurant.

To mark the event, the hotel is offering a weekend package that includes the class, the dinner, a spa treatment, and Club InterContinental accommodation. Prices start at US$565 per person.
