YEN Chinese restaurant recently named Ken Yu as its new executive chef. The modern eatery serves innovated dishes that take their influences from around the culinary-diverse China in a light, bright dining room with double-height glass windows located on the 31st floor of the W Taipei. Chef Yu comes to YEN with more than 25 years of professional experience including stints in the Michelin-starred Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira Hotel and The Venetian Macao, and brings his unique style of creating traditional Cantonese cuisine and presenting it in a modern, Western form. The mix will not only introduce new ways of serving Chinese food, it will also cater to the palates of both locals and visitors.
