Air France has announced it will operate a route between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Kuala Lumpur from April next year. KL will be the 15th destination served by Air France, and the daily flight will add to the existing 205 flights operated every week between Europe and Asia by Air France and its sister airline, KLM. Customers wishing to travel to Indonesia from Europe will be able to join a connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta serviced by KLM.

Air France will employ its Boeing 777-200 aircraft on the route, with a capacity for 247 passengers in a four-class configuration: first, business, premium economy, and economy.

Outbound flight AF246 departs Paris CDG at 7.40 p.m. and arrives in Kuala Lumpur at 1.50 p.m. the following day.

The return flight AF241 leaves KL at 11.15 p.m. to arrive back in Paris the next morning at 6.10 a.m.
