Optiontown Allows Upgraded Travel

While Optiontown may not have the most creative name, their services certainly are inventive. The online service provider provides booking add-ons for some of the biggest names in travel such as empty seat options giving passengers more room next to them and discounted flight upgrades for as low as US$5.

The secret to the service is that none of their services are guaranteed, the booking system relies on empty seats to allow passengers roomier journeys or upgraded seat options. If Optiontown cannot accomodate upgrade requests, a full refund is given to the passenger.

To reserve an extra seat or upgrade, patrons must book with one of Optiontown’s 13 partner airlines. After, they visit the Optiontown website to reserve their chosen service including the ability to reserve multiple flights for last minute travel changes, or reduced cost extra-baggage add-ons.

Optiontown has partnered with AirAsia, Aeromexico, Air Europa, and Corsair to name a few. The partner airlines can chose from seven of the website’s services allowing passengers to fully stretch out during a flight or even get a first class upgrade.
